We are a group of Mexican companies that began operations in 1993 as a Cargo Agency
and Customs Agency. In 2011 we managed to expand our logistics network with ADUSA,
a General and Fiscal Warehouse as well as land transportation services.
In 2002, Universal Distribution was created, a company dedicated to the marketing
and distribution of products nationally and internationally.
In 2016 we joined the Home 1 group, a real estate project development company.
